No refunds apply to free or trial plans, as they are already provided at no cost.
All subscription fees (monthly, yearly, or lifetime) are non-refundable once payment has been processed, unless required by applicable law.
We encourage you to try our Free or Trial plans first before upgrading to a paid plan.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly).
You can cancel auto-renewal anytime from your account dashboard to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.
Once cancelled, you will continue to have access to your paid features until the end of your current billing cycle.
After expiry, your account will automatically switch to the Free plan (if available).
Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:
Duplicate payment caused by technical error.
Unauthorized transaction proven by payment gateway.
Service not delivered due to a verified platform-wide outage.
